The Aqua-Grip Swimmer is the perfect companion for the modern water enthusiast, whether you’re kayaking through rapids, exploring coral reefs, or hiking through damp coastal trails. These shoes are defined by their revolutionary proprietary drainage system, featuring multiple ports built into the sole and side walls to expel water almost instantly after submersion. The upper is constructed from a fast-drying, four-way stretch neoprene and mesh blend that offers a snug, comfortable fit while preventing sand and small pebbles from entering. Safety is paramount near water, which is why the Aqua-Grip features a high-traction siped rubber outsole. This specialized rubber is formulated to provide an “octopus-like” grip on wet rocks, slippery boat decks, and slimy riverbeds. The reinforced rubber toe cap provides essential protection against hidden underwater obstacles, while the adjustable bungee lacing system allows for a secure, custom fit that won’t come loose in the water. Internally, a cushioned EVA footbed provides all-day comfort for walking, and it is easily removable for quick cleaning and drying. These shoes are ultra-lightweight and highly flexible, making them easy to pack in a dry bag for any adventure. After use in salt water, we highly recommend rinsing them thoroughly with fresh water and allowing them to dry in a shaded area to maintain the elasticity of the neoprene and the grip of the rubber sole.
